At Body Armor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
• The product is in its original packaging.
• The product isn’t used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items on sale or purchased during a promotional campaign.
• Products that have been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.
• Items that, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items) or perish rapidly.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exchanges

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or through a bank transfer/digital wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) within 7–10 working days.
• Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the standard Return Policy applies.
